For an anonymous gift, please indicate this clearly on an attached note.

For a personal gift not intended for ministry purposes, such as birthday, anniversary or Christmas gifts, please indicate this clearly by writing on an attached note: FOR PERSONAL GIFT.

Note: Personal gifts are considered non-tax-deductible gifts per IRS regulations.

We also offer an Electronic Funds Transfer option for American donors where your donation is deducted directly from your checking or savings account on a monthly basis. Please fill out and return the RCE EFT Form to set up your automatic donations.

Are my gifts tax deductible?

Yes, since RCE is approved by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, all contributions, when applied to an activity under our control, may be reported as tax-deductible. NOTE, if you would like to designate the contribution as a personal gift directly to a missionary (for example, a birthday or Christmas gift), such contributions must be treated as non-tax-deductible. See “How can I give?” above for more information.

How do I get more financial information about RCE?

RCE has established a fundamental operating principle of integrity and transparency concerning its operations and finances. For more information about RCE, our finances or our ministry, please contact our President at: bhoward@rce-international.org.

Questions or comments for RCE’s Board of Directors can be emailed to: RCEBoard@rce-international.org. Someone from RCE’s Board will contact you promptly.

Our audited financial statements are available upon request.

What about financial accountability?

RCE has been a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) since 2005 and abides by all of their strict requirements. An independent certified accounting firm conducts a full audit of RCE’s finances every year and an independent Board of Directors conducts an annual budget approval process with regular financial reviews. RCE complies with all International Revenue Service regulations and annually submits a tax return for the organization as required by the IRS.

For more information about ECFA, their standard and their membership policies, please visit their website at www.ecfa.org

Additional information about RCE’s commitment to stewardship and financial accountability can be found by clicking here.

Can I give gifts other than money?

Yes! RCE can receive stock gifts, volunteered time, PRAYER, and by all means…please consider going and serving with your talents. Many of our partner ministries have short-term ministry opportunities, so contact us for more information.

Contributions are solicited with the understanding that RCE International will exercise appropriate discretion and control over the use of all tax-deductible donated funds and will use them for the furtherance of RCE ministry while honoring the designation of the donor in accordance with tax-exempt laws and expectations.
